Shanice, a Louisville native, is a passionate lactation consultant and maternal health advocate. She founded Anchored Beginnings Lactation Support in 2021, offering culturally competent and evidence-based breastfeeding education. In her spare time, she facilitates a local New Parent Support Group, Afterglow, and trains future lactation consultants and advocates in Kentucky.
