Terry Brooks is the executive director of Kentucky Youth Advocates. He spent more than three decades as a public school administrator in Jefferson, Hardin and Oldham counties and at the Anchorage Independent School District in Kentucky. He also was the lead qualitative researcher for the Governor’s Center of Excellence for the Advancement of Teaching.
